MEDSIR begins a new phase of expansion in China to strengthen its leadership in independent oncology clinical research

Barcelona, September, 2026 — MEDSIR, an international company specializing in independent clinical research in oncology, announces the beginning of a new corporate phase. Following the completion of a capital restructuring transaction, María Campos, Antonio Llombart, and Javier Cortés have become MEDSIR’s majority shareholders and are embarking on a new phase of expansion in the Asian clinical research market.

The capital restructuring transaction concludes the period of collaboration and integration with Grupo Oncoclínicas Brasil. The agreement resolves the corporate and legal matters associated with the relationship between the parties.

In line with this restructuring, and supported by sustained operational growth of 40%, the company will expand its research programs across Asia while maintaining the same scientific, ethical, regulatory, and operational rigor that defines its work. The aim is to build bridges of knowledge and scientific evidence that help improve therapeutic decision-making and outcomes for people with cancer worldwide.
