BEXAR
A PHASE IB/II STUDY TO EVALUATE SAFETY AND EFFICACY OF BEXMARILIMAB IN COMBINATION WITH DOXORUBICIN IN METASTATIC SOFT-TISSUE SARCOMA.

CLINICAL TRIAL DETAILS
BEXAR study is a Phase Ib/II trial that aims to evaluate if adding bexmarilimab (anti-CLEVER-1) to doxorubicin in patients with metastatic soft tissue sarcoma (STS) improves outcomes. It is composed by two phases:
-Phase Ib: Dose-escalation study to determine the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) and recommended Phase II dose (RP2D) of bexmarilimab in combination with doxorubicin.
-Phase II: Randomized 1:1 study comparing bexmarilimab plus doxorubicin versus doxorubicin alone as first-line treatment for advanced STS.
The primary objective is to assess whether adding bexmarilimab improves progression-free survival (PFS) compared with standard doxorubicin.
