REVEAL-BTC

REVEAL-BTC is a retrospective, observational, case-only study designed to evaluate the expression of five potential therapeutic biomarkers (CLDN18.2, HER2, TROP2, PD-L1 and B7-H4) in archival tumor samples from patients diagnosed with biliary tract cancer (BTC), including gallbladder carcinoma (GBC) and cholangiocarcinoma (CCA). A total of 244 participants are expected to be included. Tumor samples will be analyzed using immunohistochemistry (IHC), and biomarker expression will be correlated with clinical outcomes to improve patient stratification and support future biomarker-driven treatment strategies in BTC.
